  I had a nerd moment when I realized temperatures were going up at a fast rate. I didn't know it would actually work, let alone reach 106.7 degrees Fahrenheit. Though this was a very middle school-esque science fair project, it was still exciting to discover for myself the implications of DIY solar water heaters, especially for electricity deserts like Gulu, Uganda (rural North).
